   when user click on the featured image or title

 * It’s not something the plugin has control over, so it is not a current feature.
   Normally that sort of customization needs to happen at the theme level. So best
   advice here is to ask your theme developer how to implement. For USP’s part, 
   the submitted URL is attached to the post as a custom field, so your theme can
   grab it and use it to wrap the featured image.
