post types pagination

Hi everyboy,

I need to build a small site with wordpress..actually I’ve never use it so I’m trying to learn something while building this site.

So, I’ve figured out pretty much everything I need except one thing: how can I paginate custom post type with custom fields.

My use case is this, i need to show a bunch of houses (already made the corrispondent post type with title, description, amount, location and image(s) ) in a page.

I think that I can write a custom template and assign it to a specific page, than write all the logic for retrieving the “houses” and show them.

If someone could explain me how to reach this goal it would be fantastic.

I work as a programmer but i’ve never used php before (trying to learn as much as i can 🙂 )
