 * I see that in the Change Log under version 1.1.0 an option for “All” was added.
   We don’t seem to see that in the dropdown in the widget? We would like to include
   All post types for Categories, Archives, and Recent Posts. Is this still an option
   with version 1.1.1?

 * Ok, I see All does exist for the recent comments widget. Would it be possible
   to add All to the other widgets as well?
