Post Titles not displaying below header

Hi, I am having difficulty getting the titles of my blog posts to appear BELOW the header image, while the header image still shows. These are my settings:

THEME OPTIONS > BLOG OPTIONS:
– Show the post title in head by default – OFF
– Show the post title below the header – ON

EDIT BLOG PAGE > PAGE TITLE AND SUBTITLE:
– Hide Page Title – SHOW
– Page Title background behind Header – DON’T PLACE BEHIND HEADER
