Hi, if you change your headline after a post has been published, it will render the md5 hash invalid. This hash is there as a security precaution so that nobody publishes you blog posts at random just by guessing post ids. He needs to know the correct title as well.

If you change the title, links in your RSS Feed will update automatically but if the feed is cached for different reasons, users could still click an old link with an outdated hash.

If you change the permalink of a post, it will create an entirely new flattr thing. That’s by concept.
