Post title is white, not black and also…

When I click on a post title, the page with that single post shows the title as white and so it can’t be seen. If you highlight the title you will see it is there, but white doesn’t show on white. How can I change this to black like it’s supposed to be? It is the Gear template.

Also, I recently upgraded and now have bugs – my link option while writing a new post isn’t activated anymore. I can use the html tab, but I lost the link option under visual tab. Any help would be appreciated on these two problems.
