Hello. This is for http://masterycoachingmichael.com which uses OptimizePress. However, in the OP settings I’ve disabled the SEO options so I can use the Yoast plugin instead.

The problem is that the post title is fine (most recent post says “Flip This House” at the top) but when I go to share it on FB, Tw, SU or any other site, the title becomes postnameFortuneBuildersMastery…. Basically, it becomes ‘postname’ and ‘sitename’ mashed together. I can’t figure out why this is.

Here’s where the settings are now. In OP, I’ve already disabled SEO as stated. However, to be sure, I’ve also made “Blog Post Title” to just be: <%post_title%> . It shouldn’t be called anyway as it’s disabled, but it’s done just to be sure.

In Yoast SEO plugin, Post > Title Template is: %%title%% . Simple enough.

I’ve also gone into the header.php and commented out://<title><?php echo op_seo_title(); ?></title> in favor of <title><?php wp_title(”); ?></title> to see if that helps. Nothing.

It is possible the CDN needs to be purged to see the effect of some of these changes, however when I toggle on/off the ‘Force rewrite titles’ in Yoast, I see the changes right of way.

All I want is the Post title by itself or at least to see where it’s still pulling ‘postname”sitename’ from.

    Thanks in advance.

Opted to just use OptimizePress instead of Yoast since I couldn’t get one to play nicely with the other. Works fine.
