  • in options you can change the time-zone

thank you, but that is all set correctly, i reset it and it is still not showing the right time on the post.

and i just realized it is like that on both of my blogs.

then your server is in a diff time zone?

you need to offset the wp timezone to compensate.

Version 2.7 also has this problem.

After installing v2.7 there was a first post, titled “Hello World!”, created by WordPress for my new site. The wordpress timezone after installation was set to UTC-5h.

I changed the timezone in WP to what it should be.

Then I revised that post in the morning (about 8 hours later).

The revision history of that post still used a timestamp of UTC-5h (and WP said the post was written some number of hours ago, less than 8).

I will try the Automatic Timezone plug-in to see if it acts as a workaround to this WP bug in the meantime.
