Post Tiles Plugin Not working?

I was using Post tiles Plugin in my website for more than three months. But yesterday something went wrong now my page is not working.

Now nothing shown in that page when the plugin is active. But when plugin is inactive following short codes are shown.

I deleted plugin & re installed but it didn’t work. Please help me to get this plugin work back.
