Post thumbnails

    Hi,

    Presently working on a site based around your excellent corpo theme.

    I’d like to enable Thumbnails in posts? I can see the relevant code is in the functions.php but It doesn’t seem to be working?

    This is the site – http://50.28.91.110/~jerry/ The thumbnails are working for the popular/recent tab widget, but not for the footer area which I’ve called “News Centre”

    Help/advice much appreciated.

    Wow, I almost didn’t recognize this theme 🙂
    The widget that you used in footer does not display thumbnails, only the tabbed widget in the sidebar does. If you want widget with thumbnails you should look for some plugin, I think Jetpack has something like this.

    Ok Thanks.

    Would I need to change the coding in functions.php?

    Or would the widget do this automatically?

    I’m just learning my way around adding functionality, so any help would be much appreciated.

    I wouldn’t recommend direct editing of themes if you’re just learning the ropes. I suggested that you find a plugin that provides such widget, and start by looking into widgets offered by Jetpack plugin.
