 * Can you explain the correct syntax for the usage of the post term filter in the
   UI? I am hoping it can be used to limit the results to one category, but I can’t
   find any documentation….

 * Just start typing the name of the category into “post term filter”, then click
   the category in the list that appears below. This will mostly do what you want;
   but [see this thread](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/feature-request-filtering-posts-by-terms-in-the-generated-url-via-parameters)
   for more info.
