 * First of all, thank you for the great theme! I have one question though. On your
   demo page I can see some nice post templates, like Paginated or Automatic excerpt.
   Would it be possible for you to include these templates in the theme or make 
   them available for download?

 * There are no speciall templates in use on the demo – its the exact theme that
   is available here.
 * The look and feel is achieved by a few settings in the theme customizer 🙂
