Post taking ages to publish any ideas guys??

Guys im quite in a puzzle with why my wordpress site is taking somtimes 2 days to publish posts and also why the title is never set right.I have changed my permalink to /%postname%/ but changing can this cause a issue ? IM USING seo platium and have about 1500 posts..is it a seo issue? is there somthing im not doing right?or i need to check my settings? any help would be so greatful
