Post-Star-Rating Not showing up on posts

I uploaded this plugin to my wp-contents and activiated it in admin, but it is not appearing when i returns to the homepage. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong. There should be a section for a vistor to rate a post in using stars. Any ideas? Thanks.
