Post spacing and feature image alignment

Hi,

I’m setting up a company blog using this theme but I have two issues that I need help with.

1. In the main page where posts are displayed, the content spacing for each post seems to be not working. All the spacing between paragraphs are gone. But when I click into the post, the spacings of the post is displayed correctly.

2. I uploaded the feature image for each post. I was wondering if I could align the feature image to the center instead of keeping it on the left.
