I’ve setup Post SMTP using Office 365 extension. Followed the steps and managed to make a connection with Office 365. Sending a test email from Post SMTP works fine but when sending from contact form 7 it sends from the wrong email address “wordpress@domain.com” instead of the one stated. The correct email is stated in contact form 7 and post smtp and even ticking “Prevent plugins and themes from changing email” doesn’t work.

When disabling Post SMTP and sending from Contact form 7 then the correct email is used so it’s definitely a Post SMTP issue.

  • Hi @jontyl,

Unfortunately the Office 365 API Extension is a separate plugin and we cannot support it here under the WP.org Forum Guidelines.

Would you create a thread on PostmanSMTP.com and we can assist you there? I will link the forum below.

Please be aware this plugin does have a number of known issues at present so you may wish to consider Authenticated SMTP instead.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
