Post shared on Facebook shows tags instead of brief description

    Hi ,
    When I share blog posts from my site onto facebook(by copy pasting url or even using social media share plugin ) , the post displays the thumbnail and post title properly on facebook but instead of description it shows the tag cloud(all the tags in the website which are unrelated to the post). How can I change this and get the first few lines to show or no description to show at all ?
