    Hello. When I go to publish a new post, sometimes it is sent to registered users and other times the mail is not sent. Is there a solution to the problem? It is that week after week, the problem exists and we do not know what to do.

    Hello @desarrollodigitecmedia,

    Sorry to hear you are facing issues with post notification. Could you tell us if the reports are being generated for all the posts you had published? You can check it from Email Subscribers > Reports. If yes, then you might have to click on the Send link and check if the emails are being sent out or not.

    If not, then please check in case you have selected certain categories for the posts, are the categories matching with the campaign created from the Campaigns screen?

    Hello if they put that they are sent to the selected list for the subscribers; but sometimes they reach them but sometimes not even though it says that it is sent.

    The categories of the entries that have to be sent are well set, and the subscribers all subscribed correctly.

    Dismiss and activate the Plugin again just in case ?. Greetings
