I’m using Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP since 1 year but after a last Google update, our ratings are not working anymore. I’m using the latest version of plugin (Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP Version 1.9.58) but it’s not solved until now.

I also use WP Post Ratings plugin to merge star ratings and display custom reviews + user ratings in Google search.

The Schema type used is: SoftwareApplication

How to resolve this issue and show star ratings in Google again?

@magazine3 After 6 days you are still asking for more info!
When I type site:filesmint.com, it shows star ratings

But when i go to search top rated keyword: extremecopy pro
https://prnt.sc/wdicv7
There is no Schema star ratings in Google search?
You got that?

The star rating you are fetching is not from our plugin. You can get Star Ratings in the Google Search Results by following this tutorial https://structured-data-for-wp.com/docs/article/how-to-get-star-ratings-in-the-google-search-results/.
