 * Help me to get one post (and comments)per category. Hierarchy I need for the 
   sidebar – but strictly the categorized post to read.
 * Don’t know the version. I just got it a month ago.

 * Yes. I only need one post per category – the lot will confuse my readers.
 * Or BETTER: help me to display the posts of the category in the order of posting(
   not backwards), and WITHOUT THE CHILD CATEGORIES.
