Post pages

Hello all,

I am currently building a site for my university’s physics society. You can find it here: physoc.org.uk

I have been trawling through codex documents and trying various things with ‘the loop’ for many hours now to no avail. What I would like to achieve is for the ‘outreach page’ to display posts in the ‘outreach’ category and the ‘news’ page to display posts from all categories.

Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.
