• Hello, head melted, love the theme visual and up to today i was just using website as static pages, but decided to start blogging relevant articles. so i added a new page and pointed the posts to this new page in settings –> reading. these posts are appearing on the preview on website as i would like to see them like the “why go online” page, but whenever i select the “web articles” page the posts fly into columns and instead of having the comment option open there is 2 little box’s on bottom of posts (to me it looks like ELBO in a small box when you click this small box the post appears as i want it to but the older post is not showing underneath the newer one (if you know what i mean) i find reading downwards in columns is very annoying at 1st glance.
can you help me to fix this please

  • Check the page template that is set for your blog page (‘web articles’) under pages on your dashboard. For the most themes different templates are selectable to change the layout of the page. You should verify whether the same template is used for this page as for the static ones.

hi littlebigthing, thanks for your reply
yes iv checked the page template for each page and they are all on default template except for the details and info page which is set to full width no sidebar on purpose. i think maybe its a setting in the theme “visual” to have posts in columns and when you select to read them they paragraph out instead of column, this is infuriating as im happy enough with the layout of the rest of the site just this one page may have to delete the posts pages and put the articles up in normal page format not posts.
