 * Hello, we have a customer who has selected “Packstation” as the delivery option.
   Unfortunately, when generating the label, we receive the error message “Post 
   Number is missing, it is mandatory for Packstation delivery.” However, the “DHL
   Kundennummer (Postnummer)” field is filled out. Can you help us?

   Can you share
   with us the logs?please send it at“dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com”so
   I can check whats going wrong exactly?you can find it : WooCommerce > Status 
   > Logsthe log will start with DHL & the day date
