 * Post Notification is inserting a broken permalink at the end of the e mails it
   sends. The template code is:
    `<h1><a href="@@permalink">@@title</a></h1>`
 * Which displays in the actual email:
    `<a href="">@permalink</a>" >`
 * Can anyone figure out where the bug might be & how to fix it?
