    Hi,

    I have created a post notification, it is shown in the campaign list.
    I understand from the documentation that, when a new post is created, emails will automtically be sent to the subscribers. The post notification should appear on the report page.
    Neither emails are sent nor the post notification appears on the report page.
    I must be doing something wrong, but I don’t know what.
    Broadcasts are being sent flawlessly.

    Thank you for reaching out! Hope you’re doing well.

    Initially, we would request you to check if a Post notification campaign is created? (Email Subscribers > Campaign).

    If yes, then we suggest you to confirm that campaign is enabled(status).

    Also, there are chances that the post doesn’t have the required categories selected while publishing it. In that case, we would suggest you to publish the post with the required category and set the campaign.

    Also, please check if you are receiving the test email or not.

    Please try again with the above advice and let us know how it works for you.

    Post -> No category
    Notification -> No category
