Post not showing under Category

Hi Guys,

My categorised posts e.g “Lifestyle” are not populating under the lifestyle category in my menu. I am feeling quite hopeless as I haev just about tried everything. I have change themes multiple times, I have deactivated all my plugin in’s, changed my permalinks to include the category etc!

Please reply if you know the solution to my problem, I’m desperate!
