Post Not Saving Using Opera Web Browser

  • The owners of the site that I work for just upgraded to 3.2 and now I cannot save a post. I can save the title, tags and themes, but when I write in the body box and save it, it just disappears. None of the other writers are having this issue. I am using Opera for my browser and I run on Windows XP. I cannot switch to another browser because, for some creepy reason, no other browser will load the site at all (Opera uses Turbo, which I believe is what makes the site load properly). I know it is related to 3.2 because I write for another website that has not upgraded yet and I am not having a problem on that Word Press site.

    Please give advice A.S.A.P.

    It’s not a 3.2 related issue.

for some creepy reason, no other browser will load the site at all

That’s probably where the issue is. Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
