Post not publishing

    I had a post that did not publish at the correct time today. This feature has worked for me with this version of WP, in the past, so the suggestions I found in other threads don’t seem to apply.

    My blog and dashboard show the correct time 10:30. The post should have published 5-1/2 hours ago.

    When I look at the post in phpMyAdmin, the time on that post is as follows:

    Post Date: 2007-10-01 05:59:59
    Post Date GMT: 2007-10-01 12:59:59

    I made a change to the post and the modified time shows up correctly in the table as follows:
    Post Modified: 2007-10-01 10:36:27

    I just changed the timestamp to a point 5 minutes in the future. The time came and went again with no publishing.

    The status shown in the phpMyAdmin table is still draft.
