post navigation links

hello!
My post navigation links do not lead me to the actual page. the previous page is identical to the homepage (i mean page#1). i might think this is due to the fact i use multiple loops. can anyone tell me how to use <?php posts_nav_link(); ?> outside the loop. or at least how to insert it into my existing code which part is:

and so on and so forth, totally i have 20 blocks like this. each block has its own loop. if i create a separate loop for navigation, still doesn’t work.
please, can anybody help me?
