Post Messages into the Panel Admin for the users

    In many cases, our blogs have many users. In some cases we want to comunicate to all the users an important message. An important idea to the version 2.4 will be to put in the panel this … a posibility to send a general message for all the users, and it could be at the principal page in the admin page.
