# Post Maps in Sidebar Plugin Request

 * I’m looking for a Google maps plugin for travelers that doesn’t appear to exist,
   but if it does would someone please point me to it? And if it doesn’t, is there
   a possibility of it being developed? I’ve seen similar requests when googling
   for it.
 * In the Post editing screen, I’d like to see a plugin feature that would reside
   in the sidebar where I could add a custom map specific to that one post that 
   would insert a map of that location of that post into my post’s sidebar. For 
   example, if I’m writing a post about a location that I want to recommend that
   I could show that map in my sidebar. It would be easy to do if there was a plugin
   similar to the “Featured Image” selector, but in this case I could choose a Featured
   Map!
 * Currently, I can only enter a map somewhere in the body of the text; or I can
   only post a map in the sidebar but it effects many or all posts. There seems 
   to be no method for creating post maps (like a unit of Media or other plugin 
   list) for the sidebar.
