Post List shows “…” when selecting Specific Posts in Site Display

Hi team,

I have just installed the plugin on WordPress 5.2.5.

Everything works fine except for trying to add code to Specific Posts.

When selecting Specific Posts from Site Display the Post List field just shows “…”

It’s not a matter of load time. I have left the page for 10 minutes and still the posts do not appear.

(FYI, the site has about 2300 posts. It is also running WPML plugin – Pages appear fine though, it’s only Posts that don’t show correctly, so seems that is not the issue.)

Solution appreciated.

hi @andrewgoma – Thank you for contacting support. We tested your issue on a website that contains 33000+ posts and found everything works fine. We suggest you improve the performance of your website. If possible ask your hosting provider to add extra resources to your system.

Hello @andrewgoma – Adding resources shouldn’t be your top priority. Please try server caching and setting up CDN first.

We are already using server caching and CDN.

Back to your original reply… In you’re first post you specifically said “ask your hosting provider to add extra resources to your system.”

Now you say it shouldn’t be a priority?

Are resources the potential cause, or was your first reply in error?

Again, I ask what resources specifically should I be requesting my host increase?
