# Post Links

 * 1. I dont want to display the entire post on the blog’s homepage. Instead I only
   want to show the links of the posts. How can I do that?
 * 2. How can I display the links of the latest n posts on a page other than the
   blog? At my site the blog is much deeper, but I want the latest 5 posts to appear
   in a box on my website’s homepage which is not generated or controlled by wordpress.
   Can I someone get such links thru some javascript, or SSI, etc?
 * Please advise.

 * 0. Fisrt of all – you should upgrade, I’d suggest to 2.0.10.

   1. If by “link” you mean the title – delete the_content from the Loop in your
   index. WARNING: Depending on your theme’s structure, this may affect other vies,
   too – if your theme doesn;t have all the necessary template files. 2. Use your
   RSS feeds.
