post linking to other single.php in other directory

I implemented posts into my web page on domain.com, ie from http://codex.wordpress.org/Integrating_WordPress_with_Your_Websitebut when you click the post it clicks to the domain.com/wp/
how can i make the post show the full post in the single.php page within my site and not in another directory?
