post image not showing

    Hi

    since a couple of days or so, the plugin is not showing the post images that are embeded in our fb posts. I checked the setting but everything is the same as I setted up and was working just fine.

    Hi,

    I am sorry for my belated response.

    Please, follow the instructions below.

    1.Go to Facebook Feed options and click on Reset Cache button.
    If that does not help, try the point 2
    2.Check whether you have any qoutes within the name of your Facebook Feed, if yes, please delete them and save the feed with name-without quotes.

    Please note that the problem with the Quotes is a bug, we will push an update soon.

    Hi,

    Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.

    1. Go to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and press Uninstall.
    2. Uninstall the plugin.
    3. Navigate to Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD.
    4. Reinstall and activate it.

    Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.

    I tried several times with these steps but didnt work. my post images are not showing

    I was having the same issue. For me it was a plugin conflict with Autoptimize. I deactivated Autoptimize and the images appeared.

    You can probably keep on using Autoptimize by re-configuring. First and foremost try to identify what is breaking your site by just disabling CSS or JS or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Once you know that, dive in and try identify what code/ files (CSS or JS) are responsible for the broken feature and try excluding that. If the problem is with JS, chances are you’ll find useful information on your browser’s developer console. There’s more info in the troubleshooting tips and info on exclusions in the AO FAQ.

    Nothing above worked. I uninstalled. Images just don’t show up.
