 * Lately, when I try to upload an image for a post I will receive an error. Now
   the image has uploaded because if I got to media I will see the image there. 
   But it will not show up in the media section for my post. Nothing shows up there
   anymore.

 * I’ve tried changing the theme, cleaning the browser cache and it isn’t changing.
