Post held for moderation question?

    Hi there! I responded to a user’s post for my plugin WPBookList (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpbooklist/) and was greeted by the message below:

    “This post has been held for moderation by our automated system and will be manually reviewed by a moderator.”

    Is there something I need to do to not be flagged by this message and/or something I shouldn’t do in the future to not have my posts held for moderation? I understand it might also just be a false positive, but just wanted to reach out and make sure so I can keep things on the up-and-up.

    It looks like you asked for login info for a user’s site and that put you on “modwatch”. As it’s been a long time and I don’t see a repeat of that, I’ve removed the flag.

    Ah, gotcha – will keep that in mind, thanks! Another quick question – I’ve created this post (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/support-questions-w-paid-wpbooklist-products/) to inform WPBookList users that if they’ve paid for a product, I can’t support them here and they need to reach out via the paid support channels – how do I make this post ‘Sticky’ so that it stays at the top of the posts lists and posters will see this highlighted, like the three posts at the top of https://wordpress.org/support/forum/miscellaneous/?

    There’s a “stick” link on the right sidebar. I clicked that for you, as well as closing the post to new replies.

    Fantastic, thanks! One last question then I’ll quit bugging you – do you see any issue with me posting a sticky-post on the forums informing all WPBookList Users that I’d rather have them contact me via my techsupport@wpbooklist.com e-mail address, regardless of whether they’ve purchased a paid WPBookList product or not? These forums certainly are useful, but I’m thinking about getting some actual official support forums of my own set up for all WPBookList Users over at wpbooklist.com.

    No problem, but don’t count on folks actually reading it. You’ll need to stop by here to scan the forum or get dinged in reviews for ignoring posts here.
