POst Grid does not add correctly categorized posts

    Hello, good afternoon!

    I’m having a problem displaying posts using the Royal Addons plugin in the Post Grid / Slider / Carrousel functionality.

    I’m selecting posts by category, but the plugin it’s not identifying them. Note that when selecting the option to hide empty categories, it omits several categories.

    Please note that there are over 300 posts on this blog and there are posts in all categories, which are

    Hi,
    First, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: royalelementoraddons@gmail.com

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – royalelementoraddons@gmail.com as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
