# Post grid and Post Carousel gave errors

 * On our WAMP test system these blocks are running fine.
 * However on ou production system we get an error saying: “This block has encountered
   an error and cannot be previewed”.
 * There is not any message of problems in the error logs.

 * I hope you’re doing well. The strange issue you’re encountering.
 * Can you please share the **Site Info** for further investigation? Go to _**WordPress
   Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site **_Info to Clipboard, 
   then paste it on [Pastebin](https://pastebin.com/) and share the link.
 * Also, enable the debug log as per this guide: [https://wpdeveloper.com/wp-debug-log](https://wpdeveloper.com/wp-debug-log).
   The log file will be at _**/wp-content/debug.log.**_ Share the log file with 
   us so we can help fix the issue.
