I just started using you plugin and it is almost perfect for my application- thanks for creating this! I saw the link you posted in one topic ( and wanted to create something similar and I am having success initially (still need to add FB “likes”, G+ integration, etc. but those aren’t my number one priority.

I do, however wish the plugin would allow me to be able to choose which post format Twitter to WP posts to on my blog (aside, gallery, link, image, quote, etc.) possibly include space for comments below the tweet, allow for RT, etc. I like how on the above link, it shows the poster name, date, and tweet (no title, which is what I am currently getting with this plug-in). Is there a way to do this with my minimal WP knowledge or do you have plans to add more functionality in the future?

I try to do these changes =)

Sounds great! This would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Is there any news on this addition? I too would benefit greatly from this feature and would be very greatful for its inclusion.

Alternatively is there a line of code I can alter in order to specify a set post type (I.e. image, quote, etc.) for all tweets pulled in within the plugin editor?

Try the new version of the plugin, please report to me any error, you’re the testers now =P

Thanks badbreze. I have deleted previous version of the plugin and have reinstalled the latest version. I see the new field in the admin screen of my WordPress and am able to select the Post Type as Quote.

Unfortunately, when I save settings and retrieve new tweets, they are still being posted in the Standard WordPress format.

Are there any further steps I need to take to activate the updated plugin?
