Did you visit the permalink settings screen when checking for plugin conflicts? You need to do so to cause rewrite rules to be regenerated, otherwise they’ll persist even without the related plugin. Also bear in mind conflict could come from your theme as well as from plugins, unless you’re using an unmodified default twenty* theme.
You don’t need to change or save anything in settings, requesting the permalinks screen alone is enough to flush current rewrite rules.

I had visited that settings, but even after that, it still outputs HTML. In RSS reader I get Unable to load feed preview: 601 Invalid XML

With no plugins active AND a default twenty* theme active? I cannot replicate similar behavior. With said configuration on my test site (twenty twentyone theme), requesting example.com/postname/feed/ returns a proper XML RSS2 response. Checked via request from https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi, not an actual feed reader.
If you’re still getting invalid XML, your site’s files may have become corrupted, perhaps after an incomplete update. Ensure your WP installation is up to date, currently 5.8. If so, try reinstalling the 5.8 update from the Updates admin screen.

As you told, I disabled all my plugins again, and then switched to default twenty* theme, and started enabling plugins one by one. I found that the “Live Composer-Page builder” is the conflicting plugin..! (I hadn’t previously checked by this comprehensive way, my bad..!) So my page builder was the real culprit.
Actually, I am using Live Composer and their LC Blank Theme on my site. Now, my site is developed completely, so there is no way to replace Live Composer.
What can I do now ? Should I report a bug to Live Composer ?
