 * When using the Divi theme, the excert used in the post is not being displayed
   on the /podcast/ page. I’ve checked for possible plugin conflicts. Any suggestions
   for getting the text put in the post excerpt to display on the podcast page?

 * Hello [@lukecicilia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lukecicilia/)
 * In order to help us troubleshoot this, can you give us a bit more info?
 * 1. Are you creating your podcast episodes using the Podcast Episodes UI that
   the plugin creates, or have you enabled Posts as Podcast Episodes, and are using
   Posts.
    2. How are you adding your excerpt, I’m assuming manually in the WordPress
   Excerpt field, or does Divi provide a different method. 3. What content is being
   added as an excerpt, is it plain text, or HTML.
 * Any screenshots you can provide would also be helpful.

 * Hiya [@lukecicilia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lukecicilia/)
 * Any update on running a theme/plugin conflict test? Have another user that saw
   a similar thing with Divi but it resolved when switching to a stock theme like
   TwentyTwenty. Let us know if that’s the case for you and we’ll dig in to see
   what could be going on from there.

 * Hi [@lukecicilia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lukecicilia/) just checking
   in on this. Were you able to look at doing a theme conflict test to see if it
   was something specific to Divi that was causing the issue you saw previously?
   And/or if you could provide any of the info that Jonathan mentioned previously
   that’d be a big help.
