Post does not get primed when updating a custom field (2 posts)

usually whenever I edit an existing post and save it, the post gets primed, so that users get a new cached version. But when I am just updating a custom field within the post, the post does NOT get primed.

For example I have set a custom field with a video-url - when I am updating the url and hit "save" the post of course gets saved, but unfortunately not primed.

Why is that and what can I (or you?) do about it?
