Post Dates are Out of Sync – 1 year behind

Good day,

I recently noticed that my post dates are 1 year and 1 month behind. For example, posts dated October 1, 2015 appear as August 28, 2014. This just started happening recently. I thought it was because of the new theme, Syndey, I was using. However, I installed another theme and had the same issue. I checked my timezone and everything is correct.
