• The date posts show as inserted is usually yesterday – NOT today when they are actually inserted.

How can I make the date of post insertion showing on my site as the actual date/time inserted?

I think this is causing problems with another plugin that sends posts to Facebook, etc.

NOTE: I still want to display the actual date/time that the RSS article was published.

I have set all Fix Time: 0

Now all new posts are scheduled for hours in the future.

How can I get all new Posts to publish immediately?

    Hi,

Maybe there is the difference of timezone between your server with other sources.

Please compare the grabbed time of your posts with your real time, then put minus the different time into Fix Time field.

For example: if your grabbed posts have time = real time + 4 hours –> please put -4 into Fix Time field.

    Best Regards!

So, the time used by WPP plugin is UTC?

And no timezone correction is used?

I’m in CST (UTC-6), but currently CDT (UTC-5) – I will have to change WPP configuration twice (2x) per year?

    Is this correct?

    Hi,

Yes, with current WPPipes, I think that is the way for you!

I have another plugin that grabs my WPPipes posts and publishes them to social media. It stopped working sometime during the day 1 August 2017.

Once I found and changed Fix Time: 0, all of my posts went to Scheduled in future; but, the other plugin worked again once each post went from Scheduled to Published. Apparently, when WPPipes published posts with yesterday’s date, the other plugin did NOT notice their publication.

To change Future publication to Immediate publication, I have tried various Fix Time: configurations:
-4h works; but, still Schedules in future.
-5h must publish in the past, because the other plugin misses them.
-300m and -270m – WPPipes does NOT publish them at all.

So, how can I configure Fix Time: somewhere BETWEEN -4h and -5h?

    Please, advise. Thank you.

    Hi,

Did you try with this type of value: 4.5 or 4.3 or 4.7 ….?
