My WordPress site was developed in a folder on my hosting account (e.g. http://www.site.com/beta/). When I was ready to publish it, I moved it to point to the root domain (e.g. http://www.site.com). All was well until I switched from the bulky custom comment plugin solution I was using to Jetpack Comments.
The issue now is that when someone tries to post a comment, they are being redirected to …/beta/wp-comments-post.php (notice the old ‘beta’ path?), thus the comment isn’t being saved. Seems a link somewhere is still pointing to the old path…
Does anyone have a solution?
(both the WP address URL and the Site address URL in the settings are set correctly…)
Thanks,
JM
