Post Category Queries

I would like to build a post query that pulls all posts that HAVE “category A” but do NOT have “category B”. I have the PRO version of the plugin, but I cannot find this combination of options in the queries. I can EITHER query by has category or does NOT have category, but I can’t find a way to combine “has A AND does NOT have B” – is this possible somehow? I look forward to your advice, thanks!
