Post/ Category Organization Help

    Hello, I’m really new to the wordpress community and don’t really know what I’m doing.

    I am trying to figure out a way to make it so my categories are more in depth when it comes to organizing posts on my site.

    Example: I have Category A and B as a menu option under both of those I have Category C. I create a post with Category A and C selected and I dont want it to show up under the B and C section. Unfortunately the issue that I am running into is Even though it is a A and C category sense I have C under the B and C section it also posts there.

    Once again sorry I am new to this and not familiar with the terminology used.

    Any Help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    I am basically trying to make it so I have Main categories that are greater than sub categories so that if someone selects a main categories and a sub category it will not place the post in the sub category of another main category.

    I have an example of what the problem is on my website. http://WWW.WaivedShippable.com The example is posted as “Test 2”. I have two categories selected on the post. PC and Role-playing game but because I also have Role-playing game under Xbox, PS3, and Wii it also posts there.
