Post Category only showing one post, not all

I have posts with different categories. I’m having an issue where when I view the caterogy page, which should display all the posts of that category, it is only showing one. This is happening in all my categories except in uncategorized. When i look at the post categories page however it will say there is a count of 5 posts in that page.

I have deactivated every plugin. Same issue. I have changed permalinks. Same problem.

Suggestions??
