# Post Categories problem

 * Hello, after updating WordPress to version 6.6, the category list in posts can
   no longer be scrolled and instead displays all the categories. I have over 5000
   categories, so this looks buggy and takes up a lot of space.
   edit: im using classic

   you check in your Browser Console for errors please ? 
   Can you also check if 
   there are some JS scripts not loaded ? have you checked after disabling plugins?
   After using a default theme ?Thank you for providing more details.

 * There is already an open ticket with the developers for which there are already
   suggested solutions: [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/61662](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/61662)–
   should probably be improved in version 6.6.1 (which is still unplanned).
